Hi, I am Manoj Kumar Reddy,
   I'am pursuing Phd degree in Computational Micro-Electronics majorly in the domain of semiconductors. I have received Master’s degree from department of Computational Microelectronics at Asia University, Taiwan in 2020. semiconductors play a prominent role in our daily life. The motivation behind my study in semiconductor physics is the fact that its microscopic properties deal with the majority of modern-day technology. So, I believe semiconductor physics is an important subject for technology because it gives guidance on how to design the circuits needed for modern electronic devices. In semiconductor physics, I have chosen to study Gallium Nitride (GaN) because it is a semiconductor compound material which has the ability to conduct electrons more than 1,000 times more efficiently than silicon. The majority of my research in Asia University is focused on GaN/AlGaN/GaN HEMT, MIS-HEMT, GaN Isolation device, and GaN Normally off devices. In Sentaurus TCAD simulation, I have calibrated the GaN device with GaN wafer data by using the proper models required to calibrate and he has also performed GaN device optimization to improve the device performance at a lower cost. Currently, I am working on GaN normally-off operation by using a new technique to make it normally-off.
